# Plans and pricing: Free, Pro and Team

> PlexiDesk has three plans, Free, Pro and Team. Compare what each costs, monthly or yearly, and see which plan you are on.

PlexiDesk has three plans:

- **Free:** the complete personal workspace.
- **Pro:** everything in Free, with more AI and unlimited rooms.
- **Team:** everything in Pro, for your whole team together.

Every new account starts with a 14-day trial of the Team plan's features, with no credit card needed. See [Your 14-day trial](https://plexiidesk.com/help/billing-trial).

## Prices

Prices are in US dollars. Paying yearly gets you two months free.

### What "per seat" means on Team

On Team, you pay for each active seat in your organisation: each owner, admin and member. Guests are not counted. When people join or leave the organisation, the number of seats you pay for changes to match. See [Set up and manage your organisation](https://plexiidesk.com/help/org-manage#roles).

## What each plan is for

### Free

For one person who wants the whole workspace. Free includes the Desk, Office, People and Brain areas, unlimited desks (with up to three rooms), the Plexii assistant, voice commands and the voice and video recorder, and local-first storage with a password vault. You can work with other people in real time and share links on every plan.

### Pro

For people who want more from AI and from their workspace. Pro includes everything in Free, plus unlimited rooms, live web search, the Plexii agent and Plexii browsing for you, assistant memory, AI reply drafts and suggested tidy-up in Mail, Plan my day, body doubling, PlexiiSign e-signatures and the Custom widget.

### Team

For teams who work together in PlexiDesk. Team includes everything in Pro, plus the Organisation page, the People Map, live presence, several organisations, single sign-on and directory sync, and priority support.

## See which plan you are on

1. Click the gear at the right-hand end of the header to open **Settings**.
2. Click the **Account** tab.

Under your name, after your email address, it says **Free plan**, **Pro plan** or **Team plan**. During your trial it also says how many days are left, for example **Free plan · trial, 12d left**. See [Account settings](https://plexiidesk.com/help/settings-account).

The footer also shows **Trial** and the days left during your trial, or **Free · Upgrade** on the Free plan. See [The footer bar](https://plexiidesk.com/help/app-footer).

## Compare plans on the website

Our [pricing page](https://plexiidesk.com/pricing) compares the plans side by side. To open it from PlexiDesk:

1. Open **Settings** and click the **Data** tab.
2. Under **Help & support**, click **Plans & pricing**.

It opens in your web browser.

## Upgrade

## AI and your plan

On every plan, PlexiDesk's AI can run on PlexiDesk credits when you are signed in, or on your own Anthropic API key. Credits are separate from your plan: you add them when you need more. See [AI credits and where your AI runs](https://plexiidesk.com/help/ai-credits).

## Common questions

**Is Free really free?**
Yes. Free costs nothing, for as long as you use it, for personal use.

**What happens when my trial ends?**
Your account carries on with the plan it is on, which is Free unless you have upgraded. Nothing you made is deleted. See [Your 14-day trial](https://plexiidesk.com/help/billing-trial).

**Do I pay for everyone in my organisation on Team?**
You pay for owners, admins and members. Guests are free.

**Can I switch between monthly and yearly?**
