# Multi-project dashboard desk: every project, what’s due and what’s stuck

one desk that looks into the others — a Portal per project desk (a live window you click to dive in), Tasks and Calendar widened to Everywhere, the Attention queue, and a project register Table with Metrics — so the weekly portfolio view needs no copying between files. Distinct from status-report (one project) and weekly-reset (personal loops).

## What goes on the desk

- Attention widget set to everywhere (needs the Attention layer on) (/help/widget-attention)
- Tasks widget on Everywhere, grouped by when (/help/widget-tasks)
- Calendar widget on Everywhere (in beta) (/help/widget-calendar)
- Table ‘Projects’ (Project, Owner, Status (single select), Next milestone (date), RAG (single select)) (/help/widget-table)
- Metrics counting projects by status from the table (/help/widget-metrics)
- Card ‘This week’s focus’ (/help/widget-card).

## Set it up

give each project its own desk first (/help/desk-create) and keep them in a room (/help/room-create); then build this desk; on Home add Stalled desk, Overdue radar and Pulse (/help/home-widget-stalled-desk, /help/home-widget-overdue-radar, /help/home-widget-pulse).

## Use it day to day

on Monday scan the Portals and the register and click into whichever needs you; on Friday update the RAG column.
