# Body doubling session planner: agree the ground rules, invite someone and run the session

> Agree a goal and boundaries, copy an invitation, then run a quiet co-working block.

Body doubling uses another person’s presence as structure. It does not require supervision, advice or identical tasks. A clear check-in and check-out are enough.

## How it works

Each person names one concrete goal. Agree whether conversation, cameras and advice are wanted; then work separately until the timer ends.

Evidence is still developing, so treat this as an experiment in working conditions rather than a promised productivity result.

## Questions

### Do we need cameras on?

No. Decide together. Presence can be a call, shared room or another agreed signal.

### Is body doubling only for ADHD?

No. The practice is discussed in ADHD communities, but anyone can try a structured co-working session. This tool makes no health claim.

### Does the tool create a call?

No. Copy the invitation and add whatever call or room link you already use.
