## The problem

Candidates in a spreadsheet, scorecards in email, salary sign-off in someone’s inbox. A new brief means starting again.

## How Plexii handles it

Candidates Table as Kanban by stage, a Custom block scorecard per interview, and Plexii answering “which finalists meet the revised brief?” from the scorecards with sources.
