## The problem

Every client’s work lives in the same inbox and the same drive. One mis-drag and confidential work goes to the wrong person.

## How Plexii handles it

Each client gets an organisation or a client desk with only their mail, files and chat. Switch workspaces from Settings, so one client’s work is not in front of you while you serve another.

In short: Mixing up two clients is the mistake you never forget. Give each one their own desk, mail and files, and switch between them on purpose.
