## The problem

Consultants’ reports arrive in separate emails; council notes sit in a PDF. With the date close, you need to know what is missing.

## How Plexii handles it

A DA desk with a Drive folder for reports, a Table of required documents with Status, and Stat card “Missing documents” counted from the table.

In short: List every required document, file each report as it arrives, and keep one number in view: what is still missing.
