> Thursday night, and Friday’s all-hands deck is still a blank file.

## The problem

The numbers are in a spreadsheet, the wins in chat, and the deck has to look finished. Copying figures by hand into slides means one will be wrong, and someone will notice.

## How Plexii handles it

PlexiiSlides charts link to a range in your PlexiiSheets spreadsheet and refresh when the figures change. Slides AI drafts a deck from your description and speaker notes; you review every slide.

This uses Plexii’s AI, which runs on Plexii credits or your own Anthropic key.

In short: Stop pasting figures into slides at midnight. Link a chart to your spreadsheet, and when the numbers change, refresh the chart. Speaker notes and present mode are built in.
