## What it is for

A countdown on the desk, with beeps in the last minute and an alarm at zero.

## How it helps

A visible countdown makes it easier to start and to stop: time-box a task without reaching for your phone.

- **Lost an afternoon again?** Time runs away from everyone
- **A Timer, on the desk** Set the minutes you want
- **Press Start** Beeps in the last minute
- **Time-boxed work** Without picking up your phone
