How it works
RAG is a summary, not the evidence. Choose the colour using your team’s agreed definition, then write the schedule, scope or dependency behind it.

Privacy by design. The tool makes no network request. Text stays in this tab; downloads are assembled in the browser. Analytics records only that a named action happened, never what you typed.

What should Amber mean?
Agree it with your team. A practical Amber statement names a real threat and the action intended to recover it.
Can colour stand alone?
No. It is ambiguous and inaccessible on its own, so the report always prints the status word and asks for the explanation.
Is anything sent to Plexii?
No. Generation and download happen in this browser tab.
