Job seeker
Every application, every conversation
Twenty applications in and you cannot remember who you spoke to.
How it feels: DiscouragementWhat you want instead: Motivated
The problem
Applications in a spreadsheet, interview notes in email, and rejections stack up.
How Plexii handles it
An Applications Table as Kanban (Applied, Interview, Offer, Closed), a Contacts widget for recruiters, and Pulse showing items closed in the last seven days.
In short: Track every application on a board, keep recruiter details with each one, and see what you have done this week, not only what is still waiting.
