Customer renewal plan desk: usage, stakeholders and the steps to renewal

renewal risk read from usage — a Table of active users by team at launch and now, Metrics that show where the drop is, and a plan with dated steps toward the renewal date. Distinct from mutual-action-plan (a new deal) and client-review (agency results and proposal).

Suggested widgets: page · table · metrics · chart · contacts · inbox · task list

What goes on the desk

Set it up

give the desk the renewal date as its due date (desk create); build the usage table; add Metrics.

  1. Create a desk named for the real outcome, client or deadline.
  2. Add the suggested widgets and rename each one for the job it performs.
  3. Bring in the existing files or tables before inventing another copy of the information.
  4. Set a due date, add the first visible next action, then save the arrangement as a template if you will repeat it.

Use it day to day

update usage weekly; One thing now on Home brings the most pressing account forward (home widget one thing now).

A useful desk should reduce copying. Keep each changing fact in one widget, and let charts, summaries or views read from that source.

A worked starting point

Fictional example. Create the desk, add three real items that are already in motion, then use one full work cycle before changing the layout. At the end, remove anything you did not consult and add only the object that would have prevented a real interruption.

Where Plexii helps

Plexii summarises the account from the desk with sources (ai assistant); the Page’s AI draft writes plan sections you review (widget page); a Desk agent can watch wired notes and propose updates as cards (widget desk agent).
