Before you start

  • You need a PlexiDesk account with a confirmed email address. See Create an account and sign in.
  • Your referral link is plexiidesk.com/r/ followed by your own code. Every account has one. PlexiDesk and your account on our website show it, with the credit you have earned so far.

How it works

  1. Send your referral link to a friend.
  2. Your friend creates a Free PlexiDesk account from the link.
  3. Your friend confirms their email address.

That is one friend who joined: US$12 of credit goes into your account. You also both get 500 AI credits to use with Plexii's AI. See AI credits and where your AI runs.

What your credit pays for

Your referral credit is in US dollars and pays for plans only: Pro, Pro+ or Team.

  • On Free: use your credit to switch on Pro, Pro+ or Team, with no card. Each month, one month's price comes out of your credit while it covers it. We email you 7 days before your credit runs out, so you can add a card to carry on. If you do not, your account goes back to Free, and nothing you made is deleted.
  • On Team from Free: your credit covers the seats your organisation has when you switch it on. More seats need a card.
  • Already paying: your credit comes off your next bills automatically.

Referral credit is separate from AI credits: it cannot pay for AI use or top-ups, and AI credits cannot pay for a plan.

Limits

  • Up to US$144 a year. You can earn at most US$144 of credit in any 12 months, which is 12 friends.
  • One per person. Each friend counts once, by their confirmed email address.
  • Real addresses only. Sign-ups with disposable email addresses do not count.
  • Your own accounts do not count. A sign-up from your own email domain on the same computer earns nothing.
  • It is credit, not cash. It cannot be paid out or moved to another account. It does not expire while your account is active.

Common questions

My friend signed up, but I have no credit yet. Your friend needs to confirm their email address. Credit is added when they do.

My friend signed up for Pro straight away. Does that count? Credit is earned when a friend creates a Free account through your link.

Can credit be taken back? Yes. We can take back credit earned against these rules.
