Move around a desk

Your Home dashboard

Widget basics

Plan and track

  • Plan and track widgetsTasks, Calendar, Attention and Timer keep a desk's to-dos, dates, commitments and countdowns in view. What each one is for and how to add it.
  • Tasks widgetKeep a desk's to-do list on the desk itself. Add tasks, tick them off, group them by queue or by when, and widen the list to your whole workspace.
  • Plan a task in the Tasks widgetGive a task a queue, status, assignee, start and due dates, a task to wait for, notes, attachments and subtasks, or plan them all at once in Table view.

Numbers and data

  • Numbers and data widgetsTables, spreadsheets, charts, headline numbers and a calculator for your desk, and how they work together to turn a desk into a dashboard.
  • Metrics widgetShow a few numbers from your tables side by side, each with the rows it counted and, once you add a trend, how much it has changed.

Files and documents
