PlexiiMeet: meetings

Start or schedule video meetings, record with everyone's consent, and turn each conversation into a summary, a transcript and action items.

All plansUpdated

PlexiiMeet is where your meetings live in PlexiDesk. Start a video meeting with your team in a click, schedule one for later and email the invitations, or record a conversation that happens somewhere else. When a recorded meeting ends, it becomes a record you can come back to: a summary, a transcript you can search, who spoke, and the action items that came out of it.

Use it for quick calls with teammates, regular meetings with a client, or simply to capture what was agreed so it does not get lost.

PlexiiMeet is part of every plan. Seeing and ringing teammates who are online needs the Team plan.

Open PlexiiMeet

  • In the side menu, under Apps, click Meet in the PlexiiApps group.
  • Or press ⌘ K on a Mac or Ctrl K on Windows, type Start a meeting and press Enter.

The page is headed PlexiMeet, with the line Meetings that turn into actions.

The Meetings list

On the left, Meetings lists every meeting you have, newest first, with the count beside the title. Each shows its date and, when it has some, the number of action items.

Type in Search meetings to narrow the list. Lines that match from inside the transcripts appear at the top under FROM THE TRANSCRIPTS, with the time in the call and who said it. Click one to open that meeting at that moment.

Under the list, RECORDING holds your recording settings. See Recording, consent and transcripts.

The dashboard and the record

With no meeting selected, the main area shows your meetings at a glance: how many you have held, how many action items they produced, their average length and how many were transcribed, with your recent meetings below.

Click a meeting in the list to open its record. See Meeting wrap-up and records.

How a meeting flows

  1. Start or schedule it. Start a room now, or book it on your calendar with guests, a place and an agenda.
  2. Meet. Talk on video, share your screen, keep your own notes and mark moments that matter. Dock the meeting to the side to keep working in PlexiDesk. See In a meeting.
  3. Record, if everyone agrees. Anyone can start a recording. Every participant is asked first, and nobody's voice is captured until they say yes. See Recording, consent and transcripts.
  4. Wrap up. When a recorded meeting ends, PlexiDesk writes the transcript and summary and suggests where to put what came out of it. See Meeting wrap-up and records.
